Site Name: Lair of the Green Knight

What is the main focus of your site (reviews, editorials, news, lists, etc.)?
The Lair focuses on entertainment reviews mostly — movies, television, music, books, websites/blogs and so on. Occasionally something else slips through like a poem, news item, or opinion piece, but I tend to keep on track for the most part.

What are your blogging goals, personally and/or professionally? In other words, what, if anything, are you trying to get out your blog?
More than anything, I use my blog as a way to share my opinion with people. I often have people (family or friends) ask me if I’ve seen a movie or what I think of a television show, and rather than give them a brief blip I try to write up a more meaningful review with images or links to provide additional sources of information.

Do you prefer an interactive ‘community’ for your blog or are you the teacher and your readers are the students?
Teacher? Students? Nah, everybody’s got an opinion and I’d rather it be a conversation than a lecture. I like hearing what other people think of the movies or whatever I’m reviewing so that I can factor that into future reviews or at least consider other opinions.

How long have you been movie blogging for, and how frequent do you post updates to your site?
Wow… One way or another, I’ve been reviewing movies for a long time. But the blog is really only a couple of years old now. I try to post as often as I can — typically once a day or every other day. It just depends on how crazy things are between work and home and what I’ve had a chance to watch.

Name up to three of your favorite movies (and no more).
Raiders of the Lost Ark, August Rush, History of the World, Part I.

How did you hear about the LAMB?
Fletch left a comment on one of my posts when I asked about communities for movie review blogs and thought I’d join the other LAMBs on your site!

Any additional comments, or give yourself an interview question that’s not listed above.
None.
