Categories: Reviews, General, News, Editorials, Humor, Horror
Rating: PG-13

What is the main focus of your site?
I’m driven. Driven to be as unfocused as possible. But what you can probably expect from Geekaplooza is reviews of horror, b-movies and indie documentaries that are by turns earnest and wonky. You can expect a fair bit of wonk, to be honest.

What are your blogging goals, personally and/or professionally? In other words, what, if anything, are you trying to get out your blog?
As I already work for a film website, it’s nice to have a little home of my own where I can say exactly what I want, using the words I like. And it’s always a thrill to make friends with people who have also seen ‘We are what we are’ or ‘Norwegian Ninja’…

Do you prefer an interactive community for your blog or are you the teacher and your readers the students?
I would hate to be a teacher. (1) I’m enthusiastic about much but learned about little. A sharing friendly environment is great, and I’m happy to learn from other bloggers out there. (2) The apples thing. I heard teachers get lots of apples. I’m a bit concerned about the number of apples I would get. I don’t have much in the way of storage space. Importantly, I don’t like apples.

How long have you been movie blogging for, and how frequent do you post updates to your site?
About a year.

Name up to three of your favorite movies (and no more).
Oldboy
Bladerunner
Pi

How did you hear about the LAMB?
I’m not sure how I heard about the LAMB, to be honest. I think I must have found it on a web search.

Any additional comments, or give yourself an interview question that’s not listed above.
No additional comments, sadly. Thank you! In the words of Joseph Merrick, you’ve all been very kind.
