What is the main focus of your site?
The main focus of my website is to express my opinion of film to fellow lovers of cinema.
What are your blogging goals, personally and/or professionally? In other words, what, if anything, are you trying to get out your blog?
Initially my blog began as an online portfolio but I’ve quickly become addicted to the site. Whilst still available to be used as a portfolio, I see it as my baby, my place of.. well.. Zen. It’s somewhere I can express my thoughts and feelings about new and old releases, whether it sees me earn a full time position within media or not I’m enjoying what I’m doing.
Do you prefer an interactive community for your blog or are you the teacher and your readers the students?
At present I’ve not had much interaction but I’d love to get exposure so that I can discuss releases with others. I don’t see that I’m in a position to necessarily ‘teach’ anyone anything but if I can open someone’s eyes to something new that would be great.
How long have you been movie blogging for, and how frequent do you post updates to your site?
The site has been activated since 27th May. In the month of June I made 14 posts and I hope to make a similar amount if not more each month.
Name up to three of your favorite movies (and no more).
Tough call, three among my favourites that I can watch regularly for various reasons are Hercules, Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, Never Back Down.
How did you hear about the LAMB?
I heard about Lamb through Total Film.
Any additional comments, or give yourself an interview question that’s not listed above.
Do you feel you should be allowed access to LAMB despite not having a live site for three months?
Yes I really do. I’m very passionate about the site and each day I’m learning and always thinking of new content, trying to gain contacts, gain exposure and develop. I’d be incredibly grateful for your help and I feel so strongly about what can become of the site.
