LAMB #1244 – Feed Me Films

by Shep. Burman · March 22, 2012 · New LAMB · 1 Comment
Site Name: Feed Me Films
Categories: Reviews, General
Rating: PG
What is the main focus of your site?
Reviews on recently released films, aiming to discuss them in analytical terms (while still being readable to people that don’t have an in depth knowledge of film studies) rather than simply stating “I THORT THIS FILM WUZ DED GUD”.
What are your blogging goals, personally and/or professionally? In other words, what, if anything, are you trying to get out your blog?
To provoke a discussion on films, I welcome criticism on my posts and I am happy to read comments off people who have a different point of view on a film than I do. I use my blog as a platform to develop my writing and as an example of my work to send to other websites/magazines in the hope of being permitted to write for them.
Do you prefer an interactive community for your blog or are you the teacher and your readers the students?
I try to comment on other people’s blogs regularly and I welcome feedback on my own, I also try to respond to most of the comments I get.

How long have you been movie blogging for, and how frequent do you post updates to your site?

Started blogging in October 2011. There have been periods where I’ve been less active on the site than others, simply because I’m also a university student so I’m sometimes too busy to update for a while, but currently I am aiming for updates once a week or once a fortnight as a minimum.

Name up to three of your favorite movies (and no more):

American Psycho, Fargo and Dancer in the Dark.
How did you hear about the LAMB?
