PLUG: Hot Docs and Big Thoughts

What do James Franco, erotic dolls, Bob Marley, and female wrestlers have in common? The answer is they are just a few of the numerous subjects that will be explored at Hot Docs, North America’s largest documentary film festival.  The 2012 edition of Hot Docs is running from April 26th to May 6th in Toronto.  Big Thoughts from a Small Mind will be covering Hot Docs again this year providing daily reviews from the festival.
In the past, Hot Docs has screened renowned documentaries such as Senna, Super Size Me, The Interrupters, Dear Zachary: A Letter to a Son About His Father, Restrepo, and Beats, Rhymes & Life: The Travels of A Tribe Called Quest.  So follow us to see which of this year’s documentaries will join this illustrious list.
Our daily coverage can be found here.  The full list of the films playing at this year’s Hot Docs can be found at the Hot Docs website.

Got a Press Release, something to Plug, or a Screener available for review (or some combination of the three)? Ok, don’t get all crazy about it. Just click here and give me the details (what, when, where, and a link, for starters) – I’ll handle the rest.

    @ Mike… “Why” what?

For everyone else, I urge you to check out Courtney’s awesome coverage. He’s driving me a little nuts because he’s chosen completely different films to see, and has quite enjoyed most of them (making me think I “chose wrong”)
