FYC Poster Quarterfinals

by Bubbawheat · June 13, 2012 · 2012 LAMMYs, The LAMMYs · 27 Comments

We’re getting close to the finish line. Last round saw a total of 18 votes including 2 private votes. It’s down the the Elite Eight and things are going to run a little bit differently. These last three rounds will last for only 24 hours, so be sure to get your votes in. Also since we’re getting to the best of the best, feel free to explain your picks, shout out what you like best about the posters you’re voting for. Of course, it’s not a requirement, just a suggestion. From this point on, any ties will be handled by a sudden death vote announced on my Twitter account @Bubbawheat. I’ll announce any ties and the next vote becomes the tie breaker

The posters are listed in 4 pairs below, your task is to pick which is the better poster for all 4 match ups. There are links to each site, but remember the voting is for just the poster. To vote, just leave a comment below with your choices. If you wish to vote privately, you may send your picks to Bubbawheat@msn.com. Votes will not be counted unless all 4 matches are picked, also anonymous votes will not be counted. Voting will stay open for this round until Wednesday night at 11:59PM Eastern. Good luck to the new batch of posters, and may the best Lamb win!

Since I’m no longer the tiebreaker, I actually get to vote! Tough choices, they’re all great. Paradox has a great design, but I think I like the simpler and easier to follow Duke. Also love the lamb silhouette. Where Danger Lives is a great classic look and fits with the blog itself. I picked Gold Knight in the last tiebreaker and I still think it’s a great design. And finally, I’ve got to go with the Hollywood Review, another great classic look, and also L&S has a rather hard to read font. In other words

    Duke & the Movies
    Where Danger Lives
    Gold Knight
    Hollywood Revue

  24. Wilde.Dash says:

Unfortunately, that’s a much smaller version of the L&S banner than what was sent in. Ah well…

  25. Fogs says:

    Getting tough now.

    Duke &
    Danger
    Gold Knight
    Revue

  26. Eric says:

    The Gold Knight
