PLUG: Hit Nathaniel With Your Best Royal Tenenbaums Shot

Hello, all.

This space is generally dedicated to LAMB focused stuff, only, but some activities are just too good to pass up. Nathaniel (of The Film Experience) hosts his weekly “Hit Me With Your Best Shot” series, a great opportunity to discuss film with a specific focus on the visual (as opposed to the narrative which sometimes take precedence, they’re both important).

The rules are simple, watch – or re-watch – a film and choose your single favourite shot. And explain why it’s your favourite, if you care to. This Wednesday, the focus is on The Royal Tenenbaums, Wes Anderson’s Oscar nominated dysfunctional family quasi-comedy. I know it’s a much loved film by a number of LAMBS, so jump on board – you know you want to. Write your post by 10:00 pm on Wednesday (NYT) and send, or tweet, the link to Nathaniel.

Wes Anderson demands it.

Got a Press Release, something to Plug, or a Screener available for review (or some combination of the three)? Ok, don’t get all crazy about it. Just click here and give me the details (what, when, where, and a link, for starters) – I’ll handle the rest.
