Classic Horror Chops 31st October

by Michaël Parent · October 31, 2012 · Classic Chops · 7 Comments

Good news, everyone!  We’re back with another edition of exclusively “Classic Horror Chops”.

Classic Chops enthusiastically welcomes any essay or post you’ve composed on a film classic—and even though Ivan originally set the criterion at films released in 1965 and before, we have “cheated” a
little and included films after that date that we don’t think too many people would dispute are “classics.”

Simply send your submissions to classicchops@gmail.com by November 6th at 6:00pm EDT…and any questions, comments, suggestions and unwanted curtain rods should be addressed to that same e-mail address as well.

Next Month! Japanese Classic Chops! Send your entries until November 6th at 6:00pm EDT.

The Deadly Mantis
Dr. Phibes Double Feature
I Bury the Living
Island of Lost Souls
The Movie Waffler
It! The Terror from Beyond Space
I’m also covering the entire Halloween
franchise this month
 Ed Wood and Bela Lugosi
 The Night of the Hunter
 Prince of Darkness
 Psycho
Rosemary’s Baby
 Tales of Terror
Thirteen Women

So exciting to see you’ve included my write-up on Ed Wood & Bela Lugosi. (Once Upon a Screen). I guess I can go ahead and place The Lamb banner up on my blog again. I was confused before. Anyway, KUDOS to all your hard work – the site looks fantastic!

  2. I’ve sent several emails for posts on Classic Chops, including the current one (always in time for the deadline), and they never appear – is there a reason why?
