Hey everyone, Nick from The Cinematic Katzenjammer here. I wanted to reach out to all of you fellow LAMBs for a particular film I’m helping with the marketing for. It’s called Highway Gospel and it’s a film about downhill long-boarding, racing, and record breaking. While it’s a film that focuses on the sport, it also focuses on the human experience, from working on being the best, striving for perfection, and of course, overcoming defeat. It’s a terrific film that gives you a good insight into a sport not many people know about, while being incredibly relatable and emotional. There are several moments that leave you close to tears and as you grow to care about the film’s subjects, you only want the best to happen to them.

In part with the marketing for the film, I was given access to the screener of the film and am looking to see if any of you would be interested in watching the film and writing a review in order to build more press for the film. We’ve reached out to a lot of skateboarding communities already (those immediately interested in the film) and we now want to reach out to people who don’t normally have an interest in the sport. This is a confidence move on my part as well as the filmmaker’s as we know that the documentary has much more to offer the movie-watching audience than just a story about skateboarding.

If you’re interested in the screener and writing a review, send me an email and I can send you the link and the password. As you’d imagine, I hope you keep the information to yourself.
