1. Chiwetel Ejiofor (12 Years A Slave) – 131 points

Oh so close! For the second year in a row, Leo has finished runner-up for the Lion Award. Interestingly, he also received 9 points for his performance in The Great Gatsby, which would have put him in a tie for the win. In the end though, it was Chiwetel Ejiofor who reigned supreme, giving 12 Years A Slave another acting win this year.

Overall, the LAMB strayed a bit from the Oscar picks, proving that it was indeed an outstanding year for the leading men. Bruce Dern and Christian Bale were left in 6th and 8th place respectively.

The next award is Best Director! Be sure to check in tomorrow.
