The latest Movie of the Month has been decided upon!
For the first Lambcast MOTM Horror Special, we had a mixed bag of applicants ranging from the classic to the genre-defining, and a bit of torture throw in as well. The results are in and the winner has been decided, and that winner is…. oh no. Damn. It’s Audition.
Congratulations and personal threats should be sent to Matt Stewart from Simplistic Reviews, who by championing the movie has won himself a spot on the upcoming Lambcast show, and the rights to host the feature discussion of said episode. Well done Matt. If you have a particular desire to discuss this movie, there’s a Wild Card spot open on that Lambcast show for whomever wants it. Drop me a line, leave a comment, find some way of letting me know and you can be on the show too.
As always, when that Lambcast is posted, any reviews the rest of the LAMB wishes to write about the film will be posted too. Please send in any submissions – new or old – to jaycluitt(at)hotmail.com by Friday 10th October. That day will also see the next poll go up, so if you would like to champion a film for November’s MOTM, be sure to get in touch as well.
Here are the results of this month’s poll:
Simplistic Reviews will be ineligible to become a Champion for the next three months. The Vern’s Video Vortex and Flights, Tights and Movie Nights have one month of ineligibility. Exploding Helicopter becomes eligible again with the next poll.
