What is the main focus of your site? The main focus of our site is to discuss and explore films and their many facets. Currently we review new releases and trawl through subscription services like Netflix to discuss what’s on offer. We do pieces on a variety of things.
What are your blogging goals, personally and/or professionally? In other words, what, if anything, are you trying to get out your blog? When I started the blog on my own back in 2012 it was just to give my 2 cents on films, and a way to wind down after seminars and dissertations. Now with 3 friends and colleagues on board it is very much the same, giving our 2 cents on a variety of topics. It’s currently a bit of fun, but we are becoming more serious about it by the day. If it leads somewhere, then great. If not, we’re still having a blast.
Do you prefer an interactive community for your blog or are you the teacher and your readers the students? Definitely interactive.
How long has this site been active for, and how frequently do you post updates to your site? (Note: sites must be active for at least three months for entry to the LAMB.) It started in 2012 on Blogger, had bit of a hiatus and was brought back to life in April 2015 on WordPress.
Name up to three of your favorite movies (and no more). One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest
The Goonies
Cool Hand Luke
Name a movie you hate!! The Hills Have Eyes 2 (2007)
How did hear about the LAMB? If it was a LAMB, do you recall which one? Stumbled across it back in 2012 when I first started the blog but hadn’t been up long enough to gain entry. After a rollercoaster of a year hoping to join in!
