What is the main focus of your site? We look at film from a Christian perspective, but in a way that differs from most Christian sites. We don’t count up swear words or judge movies based on objectionable content. Our goal is to point out ways that Hollywood films connect with Christian truth. We are movie lovers first and foremost across all genres, ratings, and time periods. But we are also Christians, and more often than not when we watch movies, we see connections between film and faith.
What are your blogging goals, personally and/or professionally? In other words, what, if anything, are you trying to get out your blog? We’re trying to build a community that appreciates our unique take on film. We’d love to have a bustling comment section where people are regularly talking about film and having stimulating theological discussions.
Do you prefer an interactive community for your blog or are you the teacher and your readers the students? Yes, we are striving for an interactive community with a robust comment section.
How long has this site been active for, and how frequently do you post updates to your site? (Note: sites must be active for at least three months for entry to the LAMB.) We have been active since August of 2015. We post new content at least twice a week, sometimes more.
