Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice may not have been as well received as many would have liked, but everything looked promising for DC and Warner Brothers with Suicide Squad, the much-anticipated blockbuster starring the likes of Will Smith, Margot Robbie and, um, Jai Courtney as some of Batman’s most notorious villains, banded together to take on threats only the expendable could face. Popular critical opinion hasn’t been great for this one either, but what did the Lambcast think?
Jay Cluitt was joined by Kristen Lopez, DJ Valentine, Bubbawheat and Courtney Small to talk about what is, what was and what should have been for David Ayer’s anti-hero ensemble. Spoilers are everywhere.
Also on tap: Rants and Raves of the Week and a couple of games of Last Lamb Standing.
