Lambcast #594 Old

by Richard Kirkham · July 26, 2021 · Featured, LAMBcast · No Comments

Every once in a while M. Night Shyamalan peeks his head out with a new thriller. The source of our fear is not always the subject of the movie, but instead, whether we are getting “The Sixth Sense” or “The Happening”. This week, Richard took three other Lambs to the beach to play on the sand. Now it is time to reveal if we got a glowing tan or a crimson burn.

“Old” is a mix of Twilight Zone horror and conspiracy paranoia. Howard Casner, Lisa Leaheey and The Vern take turns trying to make sense of what happens on the screen as we all age to some degree. The premise of the film is that visitors to this beach paradise will not be making a return trip or writing home to friends and family, with a “wish you were here” postcard. Our guests will have a message for you, maybe it is an invitation or maybe a warning. You will have to listen to find out.
