What is the main focus of your site? Writing my opinions about film and TV. Writing about how film and TV relates to me.
What are your blogging goals, personally and/or professionally? In other words, what, if anything, are you trying to get out your blog? I would like to expand my blog further now that I’ve changed the name. Hopefully in the future I can write for other blogs or sites and maybe start a podcast. I hope to add some past essays to the site as well.
Do you prefer an interactive community for your blog or are you the teacher and your readers the students? I am not a teacher but I hope that my blog encourages others to write. I do like an interactive community, as over the years I’ve been welcomed into blogging communities which I think it’s great to find like-minded film fans.
How long has this site been active for, and how frequently do you post updates to your site? (Note: sites must be active for at least three months for entry to the LAMB.) I started my blog in 2011 to document my dissertation and final year film. I’ve been posting 1-3 times a week. Sometimes its more if I’ve been to a festival.
Name up to three of your favorite movies (and no more). Lord of the Rings Trilogy (I see them as one)
Marx Brother’s Night at the Opera
O Brother Where Art Thou?
Name a movie you hate!! Happiness
How did hear about the LAMB? If it was a LAMB, do you recall which one? I heard about LAMB through various blogs, one was Two Dollar Cinema and Speaks in Movie Lines.
Why did you start blogging about film? I’ve always loved films (and TV) and I can be quite opinionated about film. My blog helps to hone in on what I want to say without (hopefully) ignoring other opinions. I welcome debate when constructed and I feel that my blog does this. I am obsessed with film and sometimes it great to have an outlet.
