LAMBCAST #371 FAST & FURIOUS FRANCHISE

by Jay Cluitt · April 28, 2017 · Featured, Franchise, LAMBcast, Podcasts · 1 Comment

Sixteen years ago, if you’d told me that there’d go on to be at least seven sequels to The Fast and The Furious, I’d have shaken my head in disbelief and questioned the sanity of the world we lived in and whether it’d really be worth carrying on if that was the future that awaited me. Actually, I’d probably have asked “What’s this fast and furious thing you’re talking about?” because I’m pretty sure the initial release of that film passed me by completely, as indeed did many of the sequels. Regardless, and by popular demand, we’ve finally gotten around to discussing all eight (EIGHT!?!?) movies in this increasingly profitable franchise.

I (Jay) was joined by my #Family members, Aaron Neuwirth, Courtney Small, Jeanette Ward and Darren Lucas for a rooftop barbecue and a bucket of chilled Corona as we dug through the whole series in full spoiler detail.
